Jen completed her BSc in Psychology and PGCE in Primary Education at the University of Leeds. She has been teaching for 15 years; first in the UK before moving to Hong Kong and most recently Panama, where she has been Assistant Headteacher of Primary and Head of Early Years.

Having first started her career in Primary, she made the decision to move to EYFS. It was here she found her calling as she fell in love with the pedagogy of play and developing early-life skills. She is passionate about instilling a love of learning from an early age by making it fun and igniting curiosity.

She is moving to Singapore with her husband and is excited to be back in Asia – especially for the food! In her spare time she enjoys hiking, being in nature and is an avid reader. Jen is very excited to be joining Brighton College (Singapore).
