Davina Lanigan-O’Keeffe

After graduating with a BA (hons) in History of Art from Birmingham University in 2006, Davina went on to complete her Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Portsmouth. She then went on to work in an outstanding Prep School in London where she became Head of Year 2.

Davina was raised in Kenya and attended an international primary school as a child in Nairobi. Her love of living abroad as a child sparked her desire to teach overseas. In 2014, she and her family moved to Singapore where she was one of the founding teachers at a new international school. She has since worked in Penang Malaysia, at an international school where she became Deputy Head focusing on all aspects of pastoral care.

Davina is passionate about outdoor education and is a qualified Forest School teacher. She hopes to pass on her love of nature to all the children she teaches. She is incredibly excited about returning to Singapore with her husband and three sons.
