Catriona was born and raised in London, and thrives in a bustling, multicultural environment! She studied French at the University of Manchester, including a year abroad in Montpellier, France. After graduating from her Bachelor’s, Catriona moved down to Brighton, England to complete her Post Graduate Certificate in Education. She lived and taught in Brighton for four years, and therefore knows the city and our sister college very well!
Catriona loves to travel and immerse herself in new cultures. She especially loves Asia, and has lived here for the past six years. Prior to moving to Singapore, Catriona has taught in International Schools in Vietnam, Japan and Borneo. Catriona is passionate about early education, believing that all children should be given the best possible start in life. She loves to create a happy and caring environment where pupils’ emotional well-being is supported and all learners can develop to their fullest potential.
In her spare time, Catriona enjoys writing stories and songs, and she is always keen to bring her guitar into school to share these with her class! She also loves to be out in nature, and can usually be found exploring the jungle or coast at the weekends.
