GLOBAL RECOGNITION
Brighton College (Singapore) has been recognised among the World’s Top 100 Private Schools in the Spear’s Schools Index 2026. This prestigious global index, now in its seventh year, celebrates not only academic excellence but also a school’s ethos, reputation, pastoral care and the quality of the educational experience.
The Spear’s Schools Index is developed in partnership with Thuso and supported by an expert advisory panel of leading international educationalists. Schools are evaluated against a broad set of criteria: academic attainment is considered alongside cultural enrichment, values-based education and the strength of the wider school community.
To be acknowledged on this stage is a meaningful affirmation of the standards being realised here at Brighton College (Singapore) every day.
HONEYKIDS EDUCATION AWARDS 2025
Brighton College (Singapore) has been recognised as one of Singapore’s top international schools, winning three Gold Awards at the HoneyKids Singapore Education Awards 2025:
These accolades highlight what lies at the very heart of our school community: strong relationships, a British curriculum in Singapore recognised for its breadth and creativity, and a deep commitment to pupil wellbeing.

At Brighton College (Singapore), every pupil is known, celebrated and championed. The moment you step through our gates, you can feel the warmth, connection and sense of belonging that define our community. Teachers greet pupils by name each morning, take the time to understand their interests and aspirations, and nurture their growth beyond the classroom.
From our youngest learners in Pre-Prep to our oldest pupils in Senior School, relationships are at the core of school life. Pupils support one another across year groups through initiatives like School Buddies and mentoring roles, ensuring everyone feels seen and supported. This culture of care fuels confidence and joy in learning.
Our Gold Award for The Curriculum (British) recognises how Brighton College (Singapore) brings the British curriculum to life through purpose, creativity and innovation. From the Early Years Foundation Stage to IGCSE to A-levels launching in August 2026, pupils engage in a rich breadth of subjects while unique courses like Story of Our Land deepen global understanding.
Learning is hands-on and inquiry-driven, with interactive technology and advanced design labs encouraging pupils to think critically and creatively. Beyond academics, our co-curricular programme and specialist programmes in leadership, entrepreneurship and AI help pupils develop the confidence and practical skills they need to thrive in the future.
At Brighton College (Singapore), wellbeing is more than a programme – it is a promise. With small class sizes and strong relationships, every pupil is recognised as an individual. Wellbeing is embedded in daily life through Form Time, PSHE lessons and assemblies that build emotional intelligence and resilience, supported by our Pastoral team, school counsellor and Health Services team.
Pupil voice matters deeply. Through the School Council and Pelican Pals, children are empowered to lead wellbeing initiatives and ensure peers feel safe, heard and included. The Pelican Pathway celebrates pupils who embody our core values of Curiosity, Confidence and Kindness, rewarding personal growth alongside academic achievement.

Brighton College (Singapore) has been recognised by parents, education experts and industry bodies every year since opening in 2020.
