What You’ll Need to Apply

Preparing your documents in advance will help make the application process straightforward. You will need:

Your child’s school reports from the previous two years, where applicable
A recent passport photograph
A copy of your child’s passport
A copy of your child’s birth certificate
Guardianship or custody documentation, where applicable
A Caregiver Agreement and copy of the caregiver’s passport, where applicable
Any relevant psycho-educational or special education evaluation reports
Payment of the non-refundable and non-transferable application fee

All documents must be provided in English. Where original documents are in another language, an official English translation must also be provided.
