Lindsay is a new Key Stage 2 teacher who joined the Brighton College Singapore community in January 2024. She is currently teaching Year 5 pupils as well as Dance and French at Brighton. Lindsay embarked on her 8-year teaching career in Ottawa, Canada, and has since lived and taught abroad since 2019. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts (Contemporary Dance) from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from York University in Canada, Lindsay also possesses specialised qualifications in teaching Social Sciences, French as a Second Language, Special Education, and Dance. Prior to her role at Brighton College Singapore, Lindsay served as a specialist Dance and Drama teacher in Beijing, China. In this capacity, she worked primarily with English Language Learners across all levels from Reception to Grade 12. She also directed projects for the school such as Arts Week and choreographed the school’s musical theatre productions. Lindsay hopes to inspire her students at Brighton to think creatively and reach their fullest potential.
